This is true. You wouldn't catch me in tights during the daytime in 100 degree weather, but thankfully, although it may not look like it, these picture were taken in the evening right before Trae and I headed to the movies. It was still hot outside, but not as bad. I am always freezing in the theater (especially if I'm wearing shorts), so this time I planned ahead! These tights kept me warm and toasty; it was worth the funny looks I got!
We saw "X-MEN: First Class" which I thought was amazing! I love all the X-men movies, so I'm relieved this one was no different. I'd recommend going to see it if you might have been on the fence about it. We got there at 7:30 thinking the movie started at 8:00, but apparently I read the times wrong and it instead was starting at 7:35. I almost didn't want to go altogether because I thought all the good seats would've been taken (I loathe sitting at the very front, it hurts my neck!), but we bit the bullet and it turned out there were plenty of seats left. Phew! Crisis averted.

Lure your romper! I think I'll save this look and file it under "winter inspiration.". It's so cold here that I have to wear tights most months of the year...but if it's above 50 degrees, I'm bare legging it! Anywho, you are adorable, as always. :)

As totally weird as I know it sounds, I wear tights with almost everything...even when it's really hot. It's weird. But I kind of love it. And I love your romper. I really need to get a romper into my wardrobe.

Everyone keeps saying how awesome x-men is! I really need to get off my bum and see it. Loving that sweet floral romper, and good call on the tights for the theater; I don't know why they keep them super cold!

tights are a brilliant idea for a movie night- it's always so cold in there. i take an ugly hoodie and stick socks in my purse. i've never thought of your idea!! and you look so cute!!!!

Kidding. I also saw X-Men. It wasn't the greatest movie, but I thought it was better than the older versions (my boyfriend is a fan).
The Sydney Opera House was AMAZING! I played with my local youth symphony when I was in high school. The 17 hour plane flight and the four connecting flights were hell, but so worth it!
