I'm not sure if wearing peplum during the winter violates some kind of fashion rule, but I couldn't help myself when it pairs so well with one of my favorite cardigans. Burnt orange also happens to be my university's main color, so this could even be my personal lazy way of showing school pride. (Go Longhorns.)
