It doesn't happen often, but when it does, you know. That feeling you get when you see a pair of shoes that you know were destined to be on your feet. You don't care how much they are, you just know that you must have them! That was me with these beauties.
I've actually had them a few months, so you may be wondering why I'm just now deciding to break them free from their box. Have you ever loved a pair of shoes so much that you didn't want to wear them just for fear of ruining them? If so, please tell me so that I can stop feeling like a crazy person.

I always want to wait for a "special" occasion to wear new and awesome things. However, sometimes nothing is ever special enough and I wind up waiting months to wear something.

I've definitely done that with shoes. I'm just not a shoe girl, so when I buy a pair, you know they're special. They usually end up getting scuffed somehow the first time that I wear them, but then I wear them every day without worrying about ruining them, haha. This is a really great outfit :)

Holy mother of fashion, those shoes are gorgeous. I love how you wore statement pieces with colours from the shoes, like the skirt. Pretty pretty and about waiting to not use new shoes because you're afraid of ruining them, you're not crazy.. it happens with me all the time.
I currently have shoes on my shelve that I purchased about 3 months or so ago and I've never used them out... just indoors because I've been breaking them in :D
