Recipe found here.
That being said, I really wanted to take the time to actually cook something. From scratch. No frozen pre-made foods accepted. I was feeling Italian that night so I found a reasonable recipe on Pinterest for Chicken Parmesan and set to it. It said it only takes 30 minutes to prepare and bake, but it took me about an hour haha. Not sure why. I guess I didn't wanna screw up? Anyway, I added some spaghetti and salad as a side and taa daaaa! Mission accomplished. And I don't mean to toot my own horn, but I must say it was pretty tasty. :) Are any of y'all cooking experts? Props if you are!

Whoa, proud of ya girl! Haha, representing us non-cookers very well. :)
I never cook either. But that's because my mom is just an amazing chef and I never need too. Haha, but this looks so yummy. I'm tempted to try out a recipe this weekend now!

Well congratulations on your meal!!!!! I can make a few things but I would hardly qualify as a top chef yet and still I've never been sick from any meal I prepared and my taste buds are always satisfied whenever I put my mind and hands to a meal so I guess Im okay at it. lol. but I should try to cook more!!!
